What We Offer

Strength Dept.

Our ethos is that strength training should form the foundation of any training program; regardless of whether your goal is performance orientated, you are trying to build muscle + get leaner, or your focus is on longevity + quality of life.

We provide evidence-based, simple-to-follow strength programming; which is tailored to your personal goal + training experience.

Athletic Dept.

Functional Training has become more of a buzzword which describes training that is often just hard for the sake of being hard, without any real structure, or evidence-based programming.

If you want it all; to be faster, stronger, leaner + more athletic - our Athletic Dept. helps to improve every aspect of your fitness in a structured, progress-focused manner.

Our goal is to redefine “functional” training by providing well-structured performance-focused coaching.

Running Dept.

It doesn’t matter how strong, lean, or muscular you are.

Our belief is that if you can’t run; you’re not fit.

Our Running Dept. provides run coaching which compliments your strength and/or athletic training.

Nutrition + Performance Dept.

Our approach to nutrition is to prioritise giving your body what it needs to function optimally, and then structuring things in a way which moves you towards your specific goals.

Likewise, in order to help you function optimally, we provide mobility, prehab and conditioning work to support your performance and training longevity.

Online Programming + Accountability.

Your training requires structure, and that's what we'll give you.

Regardless of your training history; we will have a program that will help you to achieve your goals.

If you'd prefer, we can write a program completely tailored to you, and change it to your needs on the go.

If you need help & accountability to make sure that you're doing what you set out to do, we can help with that too.

In-Person Coaching.

If you'd like in-person coaching, we run personal training + performance sessions 5 days per week [Saturday - Wednesday] from Hoppers Crossing in Melbourne.

Free Run Club.

Suitable for any ability level from complete beginners, to seasoned athletes.
